The indigenous movement is a political-identity movement that claims its pre-existence  before the building of modern National States through legal and political mechanisms from a collective rights perspective and framed in a plurinational political way of thinking. 

The indigenous movement has its own agenda and demands, which are  legitimized by their world view and major rights.
